Lyon Cob House – a new private house next to the sloping banks of the River Dart at Dittisham; there is underfloor heating from a ground source heat pump and walls made of limewashed cob.

In 2009 the project won two awards from LABC (Local Authority Building Control) - in the Sustainability Category for the South Devon region, and nationally the Best Vernacular Building Award. www.labcawards.org/downloads.htm
