Country House, Harford

A former Victorian gentleman’s residence on the southern edge of Dartmoor, the house now has triple glazed windows, internal and external wall insulation, lime-hemp breathable plaster, ground source heat pump, underfloor heating and MVHR, all of which have contributed to turning this fully-refurbished house into a very comfortable family home.

The current round of works proposed include construction of a fully glazed garden room with first floor balcony roof above and extensive level terrace, allowing a broad view of the steeply sloping grounds below and to the open moor beyond.
